On the 27th of August, the Faculty of Law organized a Moot Court Workshop for all the law students. The workshop focused on the relevancy of mooting in legal education along with the basics of oral presentations and written submissions. The students were enlightened about the etiquettes of oral presentations as well as drafting of memorials. The workshop focused on various citation styles like the Blue Book 19th Edition, OSCOLA 4th Edition and Indian Law Institute Citations along with other requisites of memorial drafting such as statement of jurisdiction, framing of issues, framing of arguments etc. The session also emphasized on the significance and relevance of developing mooting culture in educational institutions imparting legal education.
