The Faculty of Law, SGT University, Gurugram is organising an Expert Lecture Series on “Drafting skills and Pleading under the Code of Civil Procedure 1908” by Mr Rahul Gupta, Advocate and Legal Advisor, Supreme Court of Indiaon 18th, 22nd and 26th August, 2023 at the Seminar Hall, Faculty of Law under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Richa Chaudhary, Dean, SGT University, Gurugram. Drafting skills and pleading are integral components of legal education. This Lecture series is designed to enhance students’ proficiency in drafting legal documents, presenting arguments in court and to prepare our students with practical abilities to communicate effectively in the legal field.
