2 Days Online Workshop on Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation was organized by faculty of Law, SGT University on 22nd & 23rd April, 2022. Session Started at 10:00 am. The welcome address was proposed by Prof (Dr) Sanjay Kumar Pandey, Dean, Faculty of Law, SGT University. Further the brief of the workshop was discussed by Ms.Mahima Kaushik, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law, SGT University. Prof (Dr.) P.C Juneja (Retd.) Prof & Head , Faculty of Law,MDU Rohtak was the first speaker of the workshop .His Topic was Mediation :Need For Hour. Ms. Ruchi Gupta, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law, SGT University proposed a formal vote of thanks. Second session was held on 2:00 pm same day. Dr.Rohit Moonka,Assistant Professor,Faculty of law Delhi university was the speaker of the session .Welcomed address was proposed by Ms. Mahima Kaushik, Assistant Professor ,Faculty of Law, SGT University and Vote of thanks by Dr. Rakesh Kumari Malik.

First session was held on 23rd April 2022 at 10:00am. Dr.Asthana ,Dean MUIT University was the speaker of the session .Welcomed address was proposed by Ms. Ruchi Gupta Assistant Professor ,Faculty of Law, SGT University. Mr.Rajan Rai Professor, Faculty of Law, SGT University proposed a formal vote of thanks. Second session was held at 2:00 pm.Dr.Vageshwari Deswal, Professor ,Faculty of Law ,Delhi University was the speaker .Welcomed address was proposed by Ms. Ruchi Gupta Assistant Professor ,Faculty of Law, SGT University. Dr. Rakesh Kumari Malik. Faculty of Law, SGT University proposed a formal vote of thanks. It was a great learning experience for all the participants.
