It is the foundation on which the whole case rests and revolves. The rights available to the accused as well as to the victim are to be protected from the initial stage of a criminal investigation since it affects the trial to be conducted in the court. It was well attended event. There were so many questions from the audience. It was an engaging and fruitful discussion on the chosen topic.
