About
Ms. Monica Lochav joined Faculty of Law, SGT University, Gurugram as an Assistant Professor. She brings in 2+ years of teaching experience in different genres of laws such as Constitutional and Administrative Law, Public International Laws, Family Laws, and Contract Law, etc. She also has 3 years’ experience of being a practicing advocate at various District Courts, Tribunals and Forums in Delhi. Prior to joining SGT University, she was working as Assistant Professor at PDM Law University, Bahadurgarh. She is pursuing her PhD from Panjab University. She completed her LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law from The National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kerala, her LLB from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune with First Rank, and her BA English (Honors) from Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University. Additionally, she also qualified UGC NET (Law)
She has participated in/attended various National and International workshops, seminars & conferences. She also presented papers on different aspects of laws. Ms. Monica has performed different roles in academic, and administrative services in an interactive and participative approach for teaching. She has her expertise in Constitutional Law and Procedural Law.
