About
Mr. Akshay obtained his first law degree, LL.B, from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, achieving First Division honors. Subsequently, he pursued an LL.M with a specialization in Business Laws from the esteemed National Law University Delhi, earning the degree with distinction.Further augmenting his legal expertise, he successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law and Management from the Indian Law Institute, Delhi, also with distinction.
Prior to entering the academic realm, Mr. Akshay accumulated valuable professional experience in the legal domain. He served as a member of the M&A team at Shardul Amarchand & Mangaldas, stationed at the firm’s Delhi office. Additionally, was part of the Disputes Resolution team at DSK Legal, focusing on Regulatory Litigation.
His well-rounded educational and professional journey showcases Mr. Akshay’s commitment to academic excellence and his substantial expertise in the fields of business laws, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory litigation.
