She has been a full-time practising advocate since 2019. Since then, she has handled matters related to Constitutional Rights, Human Rights, and matters related to Personal Liberty across Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial and Intellectual Property laws, amongst others. She has appeared in Courts and Tribunals across the country representing clients in a wide spectrum of matters. she acquired expertise, especially in Intellectual Property Rights laws having been closely associated with the practice since 2015. She has represented clients such as Levi’s, New Balance, Honda, Fujitsu, WABCO, HEAD, and Elica to name a few in trademark matters across prosecution, enforcement, infringement and passing off suits, criminal actions such as search and seizure of counterfeit goods, etc. She is also passionate about animal rights and women’s rights and has been often invited to speak on such areas. She was a marketing professional in her early career and worked with organizations such as NEC and IBM. She was a marketing professional with IBM as Head of Marketing, in North and East, India.
