Mr. Rahul Gupta is the founder at Rahul Gupta & Associates (Advocates & Legal Advisors) under the aegis of its Managing Director, Rahul Gupta. Mr. Rahul Gupta got enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1989. In the initial years of his career, he worked as junior counsel in the law chamber of Mr. Swatantar Kumar, Sr. Advocate (Retd. Justice of Supreme Court of India and Retd. Chairperson, National Green Tribunal, New Delhi) and Ms. Gita Mittal, Advocate (Retd. Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir). Rahul Gupta later joined as an associate in the office of Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, Sr. Advocate (formerly Attorney General for India). Mr. Rahul Gupta with his strong and diverse team is handling legal disputes and legal matters on behalf of his clients in the civil and criminal jurisdiction as well. Apart from this, he also handles advisory and litigation matters of commercial nature under the Indian Contract Act, of 1872 and Commercial Courts Act, of 2015 and Arbitration and Conciliation Act, of 1996.
